A 17-year veteran of Advantage, Cox brings decades of HR experience to the DE&#038;I Board and is a member of Advantage\u2019s Disabilities in Action employee resource group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dianne Galang<\/strong>, Vice President, New Business Development, Daymon. Since joining <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daymon.com\/\">Daymon<\/a>, an Advantage agency, in 2005, Galang has held multiple roles, from in-house operations accounts to client services. She serves on the boards of NextUp and Women Impacting Storebrand Excellence (WISE), focusing on gender diversity, equity, and professional development. Galang previously co-chaired Advantage&#8217;s Women\u2019s Interactive Network (WIN) employee resource group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kim Hsieh<\/strong>, Vice President of Strategy and Innovation, Advantage Customer Experience. Hsieh has been with Advantage for 10 years, holding positions in strategic planning and innovation. She is a founding co-chair of Inspire, Advantage\u2019s Asian employee resource group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Traci Mangiapane<\/strong>, Vice President Sales and Client Team, Waypoint. Mangiapane joined <a href=\"https:\/\/asmwaypoint.com\/\">Waypoint<\/a>, an Advantage agency, in 2019, leading the Southeast market and managing a top client. She leads Waypoint\u2019s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and has served on the steering committee and led the membership enrichment committee for Advantage\u2019s WIN employee resource group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Corey Wiesner<\/strong>, Vice President of Operations-Walmart, SAS Retail Services. Wiesner joined <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sasretail.com\/\">SAS Retail Services<\/a>, an Advantage agency, in 2015 and has held roles in operations, client services, and retail programs. He served as co-chair of Advantage\u2019s WIN employee resource group and is an active committee member of CODA (Celebrating Our Diverse Associates), SAS Retail Services\u2019 DE&#038;I council.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Justin Yancey<\/strong>, Vice President, Marketing and Operations Support, SAS Retail Services. Beginning at Daymon in 2008 and joining SAS Retail Services in 2016, Yancey has over 25 years of marketing experience within the consumer packaging, retail, and brand development industries. He is a founding co-chair of PRISM, Advantage\u2019s LGBTQIA+ employee resource group, and a member of CODA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cOur incoming board members are proven leaders who have stepped up to drive awareness of the power and value of diversity and inclusion,\u201d said Betsi Gijanto, Executive Vice President, People, Talent and Culture at Advantage. \u201cI know they\u2019ll bring their full selves to their roles on the Advantage DE&amp;I board, working to nurture an environment built on openness, acceptance, and safety, and a workplace that encourages individual authenticity and equity for all.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As a company that partners with business management consultants, Advantage continues to prioritize diverse leadership and an inclusive culture as part of its long-term people strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The new board members join Advantage DE&amp;I Board Chair Michael Mish, President of Integrated Agency Group, which includes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ampagency.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AMP Agency<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.halversongroup.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Halverson Group<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sixspeed.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">SixSpeed<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upshot.agency\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Upshot<\/a> agencies; Co-Chair Ashwani Dhar, CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adlucent.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Adlucent<\/a>; Giannina Seaman, Senior Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Advantage Solutions; Andrea Young, Group President, Omnicommerce Solutions for Advantage Solutions and founding member of the Advantage DE&amp;I board; and Kyle Patterson, Senior Vice President, Daymon, also a founding member of the Advantage DE&amp;I board.<\/p>\n<p>Completing their board service are Phillip Chin, Senior Vice President, General Manager Sales and Marketing, Advantage Sales and a founding member of the Advantage DE&amp;I board, and Susan Briggs, Administrative Manager for Waypoint.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe greatly appreciate the invaluable contributions Phillip and Susan brought to their roles on the board,\u201d Gijanto said. \u201cTheir insights and passion for advancing our DE&amp;I journey have made a lasting difference.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Advantage leadership team looks forward to making even more progress in creating a workplace where everyone is respected, valued for their uniqueness, and has an opportunity to succeed.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IRVINE, Calif. \u2013 The Advantage Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&amp;I) Board has appointed six new members, effective October 17.
