Advantage Solutions this week received the Gartner Marketing & Communications award for Excellence in Change Communications, which recognizes \u201cworld-class achievements\u201d from marketing and communications functions worldwide. <\/p>\n
Gartner honored Advantage for its work rebuilding its corporate culture, restructuring its <\/strong>communications team<\/strong> and refreshing its brand while creating a new mission, values and purpose simultaneously. <\/p>\n \u201cWe are so proud to be honored with this award from Gartner,\u201d says Kelli Hammersmith, chief communications officer at Advantage, who was brought on by CEO Dave Peacock in 2023 to help transform the organization and create a growth acceleration plan. <\/p>\n \u201cWhen I joined the organization, so much of my work was about transforming our organization from the inside out, and so our focus was very much on three things: driving strategic clarity, building trust through transparency and helping to unify our culture,\u201d she says. <\/p>\n Hammersmith built up a team of experts, strategists and storytellers tasked with better articulating how and why Advantage deserves its place as market leaders \u201cso folks could really, truly understand the collective power of who we are as One Advantage.\u201d <\/p>\n The award from Gartner came just one day after Advantage launched a reimagined brand designed to reflect its transition into a unified retail solutions company.
